The TRs of Teen Travellers

When it comes to handing over your car to your teen,  there are two basic Thumb Rules or TRs – TRust and TRack ! On one hand it is essential to trust them with the car, as well as to keep a track of their movement, their speed and check-out for any deviations in their route because as per DoSomething.org, 33% of deaths among 13 to 19-year-olds in 2010 occurred in motor vehicle crashes. And among these, the 16 year olds have higher crash rates than any drivers. The website of the organization mentions that 1 in 5 of 16-year-old drivers has an accident within their first year of driving. Talking over the phone and speed driving are often the reasons behind the fatal crashes. Teaching the kids how to drive a car cautiously is not enough, it is also necessary to ensure their road safety atleast for the first few years of their driving. For this it becomes essential to install apps or devices that can track their movement and ensure their safety!
