If you purchased a product from AMAZON, eBay or directly from Family1st, and want to return the product under Family1st’s return policy or warranty, please do the following:
- Complete this form to submit your RMA request.
- For multiple product returns, separate RMA requests is required.
Once your RMA request is submitted:
- You will receive an RMA tracking number, including instructions for the return of your product.
- The product may be returned to Family1st only after you receive a notification and receipt of an RMA number. Products returned under an RMA will be at the Buyer’s risk and expense. Products returned without a valid RMA number will be sent back to the Buyer at Buyer’s risk and expense.
