If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Please note that all shipping cost are non-refundable.
- Original sales receipt is required.
- The returned item must be in new re-sellable condition with all original packaging materials, hardware, and instructions.
- Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number that is issued by Family1st. Please call customer service at +1(855) 658 7225 to request a Return Authorization Number.
- Upon Return Authorization approval, Family1st will provide the customer with the appropriate instructions for the return. Refund amounts are for returned product only. No refunds for freight charges. Return shipments must be paid by customer and shipped to our designated warehouse with adequate shipping insurance.
- Unauthorized returns or returns without prior approval will be returned to customer freight collect.
