Cancellation Policy for Monthly/Annual Subscription Renewals: You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time by going to www.family1st.io/gpsactivation/cancellation.php.

If you need help, feel free to email us at support.gps@family1st.io. If you cancel your Monthly/Annual Subscription, the service will stay active for the remaining time on your current billing cycle, and then the cancellation will take effect for your next billing cycle. You will not be eligible for a refund for monthly/annual subscription fees paid prior to the month the cancellation takes effect.

Please keep in mind that this special offer is only applicable for one device on the account and if you are an active subscriber for more than two months, you are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. If you have multiple devices on the account, please reach out to our support team.
