How do I access the account info on the tracking platform?

Account Info> Listed Vehicles:

This section provides a list of all devices available on the account. To add additional devices to your existing account, follow the steps below:

  • Click on the hamburger menu.
  • Select "Settings."
  • Click on "Add/Edit Vehicles."
  • Click on "Add."
  • Add a Driver by selecting the IMEI from the dropdown menu.
  • Enter new Vehicle name and select the corresponding icon.
  • Click on "Add new vehicle."

Here's a tip: If you click on either of the options on the right side next to IMEI, you can edit/remove your driver or driver name.



Account Info > Contact Email/SMS for Alerts:

To add email address and the phone number associated with the account, follow these steps.

  • Click on the hamburger menu.
  • Click on Settings.
  • Click Add/Edit Email/SMS for Alerts
  • Add the Email and click on the "+" button
  • Select the service provider.
  • Add the phone number and click on the "+" button
