Change Time Zone

To choose the correct time zone for your location, follow the steps outlined below:

  • Click on the hamburger menu.
  • Select "Change Time Zone" from the options.
  • Choose the appropriate time zone based on your location.
  • Click on "Update Settings" to save the changes.
Change Alert Settings

To enable the alerts for your device:

  • For each enabled option, an email will be sent to the listed email address (located under Account Information > Contacts).
  • To disable alerts, select the "Change Alert Settings" option again.
  • Uncheck the checkbox for the alert option that you want to disable.
  • Check the checkboxes for the alert options that you want to enable.

Please note: Portable devices can send out alerts for Geofence, Low Battery, and the Function key.

The OBD devices can send out alerts for Geofence, Speed, Function key, Ignition On/Off. However, you will not receive Tow alerts.
