Need help in finding the IMEI number?

Step 1

Turn the device over to its backside, where you should see a label with some information on it.

Step 2

Look for the sequence of 15 numbers labeled "IMEI" on the label.

Step 3

Write down the 15-digit IMEI number, being careful to copy it exactly as it appears on the label.

Step 4

Double-check the number to make sure it's accurate, as an incorrect IMEI number may cause problems when using the device.

That's it! You should now have successfully found the IMEI number for your Family1st GPS device.
